So, i started my exhaust yesterday afternon
Trubendz 2.5 zx4 ST
the first difficult part was the rubber hangers!!
(my advice use a set of pliers to help push it out)
after that expect Rusted bolts!! (if you live somewhere like michigan)
Now i have heard many complaints about trubendz and i now understand why....
it is a very big pain in the a$$ when its not bent just right
And you WILL have to remove the rubber hanger over the rear axle...The hanger on the exhaust is too long, and unless you cut it you just have to work it over...It took me 2 hours of wrestling with that thing to get it over the axle....(may be easier with 2 people lol)
The second problem was with the rear hanger, the exhaust hung too high and was pushing up the bumper....
The Fix: cut the hanger off of the stock exhaust and weld it on in the new exhaust, or maybe a new hanger...
The install should only take one hour if you know what your doing!
i give trubendz:
A+ in looks sound and power
B- for fitment
B For service.
Though i am not fully pleased with the part it was not impossible for me (A rookie) to do, Also the look and sound of this exhaust cannot be beat... it cost 330 + 30 for shipping and it was well worth it... i do notice a bit of difference in power, but expect more from a header...
If anyone has any questions about install feel free to ask...
