I've noticed since I've had my SVTF that if I attempt a more powerful launch (anything much above 3 k rpm) it seems to overhwhelm the clutch. There are no apparent issues with my clutch outside of this. The drivetrain performs well and exhibits no suspicious characteristics otherwise. It is the original clutch and has only 78 k on it. I am aware of the TSB but this does not seem to fit that description. Does anyone have another explanation for this phenomenon? Thanks for any wisdom!

Are you dumping the clutch or feathering it?

Thanks for the replies. The launches were more controlled. Not a dump of the clutch, a little more finesse with the clutch to avoid wheelspin or bog. T/C was "off" although it's never really off completely. It's always seems like it's more power than the clutch can tolerate.

Thats why they made the clutch bigger, mine did the same thing pre-tsb. Try Pulling the fuse mentioned if that dosent work it may be the clutch
