Hi, kinda new around here and I'm looking for the torque specs of the engine internals (crank girdle, connecting rods, oil pump bolts etc) because I'm rebuilding my motor...it's a Duratec 2.0 DOHC.

Thanks [:)]

Wow, the information is really nice and I have what I needed but now I have a question: I'm installing the new oil rings in the piston groove and when the oil ring and the other 2 that go above and below the oil one (in the same groove) I feel some drag and resistance from the rings to rotate around the groove (they are really tight and I figured this is not ok) but I installed the old rings in the same groove and also feel kinda dragging in the groove and are really difficult to move inside the groove...I don't know if this is normal in this engine or if the rings will break if I install them these way.
Any input will be great.
BTW the ring grooves are spotlessly clean [thumb]

Usually they break-in, but whats the ring gap? OEM pistons and rings? Was the cylinder walls honed?
