Still worried about uneven wear due to camber.

With directional tires you can only go front to back safely.

Can I get away with front to back rotation on some new skins without much worry, setup is stock.

Yes, you can.

Get the camber checked if you have real worries, an alignment costa less than one tire.

front to back rotation does pretty much the same thing as a cross rotation.
