That's because that's what it is. Someone has made a pretty accurate looking on the surface MK2 style RS lower valence and stuck it on a standard MK3 ST over there along with the incorrect badging.

In the second to last picture, you can easily see the rear bumper is a replica and the paint color is off. Looks good but could be a little better. Cool though.
