i cant get my tailights out to replace the bulb!!!

i removed the lower nut (inside) and the outside screw...

but the damn thing wont come off!! what am i missing??

PLEASE HELP!

Theres a pin that clips in the hole...its at the top corner (you can feel where its hanging up) just give it a gentle tug...it'll pop out. I'll take a picture of my tail lights and you'll see the clip....
