Just throwing this out there... If you currently have the Sync/Sirius Package 203-A on a 2012 SE -- Could at some point in the future (if you wanted to) Would you be able to upgrade to a MFT System?

If it was possible, I doubt it would be worth it. The amount of parts you would need to change out would be a nightmare.
