I recently bought focus sport's upper tie/stress bars front and rear, and I also went ahead and ordered both front and rear H&R sway bars at the same time. My question is; is it a bad idea to go ahead and install all of these parts without having any sort of performance spring and shock or coilover set up installed? I wasn't sure if this would make the car to stiff for it's factory tonka toy like ride height.

NO, its fine. You will eliminate some body roll. But not as much as having it lowered.

But when you do lower it, its going to ride and handle beautifully.

I threw in Eibach sways and left the stock SVT springs and shocks...love it!! Reducing the body roll will do a lot for your handling.

u should also get the svt suspension, they r cheap anyway

I'm looking into topping it off with an H&R cup kit. At least thats the direction i'm looking at going as of now.
