WOndering if there is a true automatic tranny from another model Ford that will fit the 2012 Focus/Fiesta to replace the dualclutch tranny? Thing is, is a friend is not good at shifting but otherwise loves the car maybe could swap in a true automatic from another model (not a dual clutch tranny). No big deal cause she is willing to just trade in her little standard for something else.

Easiest is to swap out to a pre '12 model w/ a atx. Any '05-'11 model are simple & reliable...

No , There is no way to swap in a ATX in place of her 5sp
