The Recaros were available only with the European Appearance Package for the SVT Focus. The reason you always see them in the yellow SVT's is because that color was only available with the European Appearance Package option. Likewise, Competition Orange was only available as a color with the EAP, so all Orange SVT's you see should have the Recaros in them (unless the previous owner sold them).
You could also get the EAP with the standard SVT colors, so you will find the Recaros in them from time to time also.
