My svt was making noise like a low battery would click noise but was cranking at same time and would start until yesterday it's doing the same thing but now won't start.. I took battery out of my other car and it did nothing different . The coil pack plugs and wires are new..and the fuel pump wines when the key is turned on??

Update.. I replaced coil and plugs and it fired right up runs now but still makes clicking noise when turning over I'm thinking possibly the starter is going out..
