I have an SVT with a whopping 55k miles, and I do autocross, but this car is my daily driver.
I work at a machine shop, and we have a bunch of delrin(good solid plastice, perfect for bushings)
what do you guy suggest as far as making delrin bushings, and what first?
Im going to do the dogbone first, but Ill probably go to the Prothene ones because of that vibration youll get otherwise.

I'd do the dogbone for sure & look at the response you'd get for sure. If you can do it, I'd go for it!

Dogbone first and then move into the suspension.

The dogbone makes a HUGE difference.

It is. It's the one that keeps the whole shebang from rocking when you shift and making you feel like your motor fell out.

Im getting told not to use such a hard material for the dogbone, so Ill buy the press ins from prothene or energy.
but as for everything else what would you suggest?

actually new plan, Ill make both delrin and prothene dogbones, and Ill try them both out.
