I may have overlooked this but i was wondering if there are any aftermarket center consoles that have the armrest deleted from them?

I have an 05 svt.

They never made an 05 svt so I assume you have an ST sedan like your info says. Doesn't really matter for this, though.

Several stock Zx3/Zx5 (maybe some sedans and wagons as well) came without the armrests along with all Svt's. Try a local salvage yard ans pick up a used one; I payed about $20 for mine and had 5 to choose from.
