yesterday i was being impatient i guess you could say, and i turned my car off while the sun roof was closing, it was just about closed at the point of ignition off. i got back in, noticed the sun roof wasn't closed, tried to close it, and it didn't do anything. i tried everything i could. it appears that the "one touch" sun roof button became a "press and hold" button. I'm hoping someone can help me out here, i really don't want to pay the dealer to have them tell me i need a new switch or something stupid like that.

You probably need to reprogram it. Do a search for sunroof reprogram and you'll find multiple threads with step by step directions for it.

nope, fixed it, thanks to Slikirish's post, i went to an alternate thread, read up a little, ran outside, busted out the owners manual, and followed the instructions, now she works like the day i bought it. thanks much slickirish. saved me a trip to the dealer
