When I was installing the headunit into my 06 ZXW I happened to notice that there was a connector for a factory subwoofer taped to the radio harness connector. When I went to look around the back of the car I couldn't find the factory subwoofer connector, despite the connector being at the radio. Does anybody happen to know where that wiring would terminate at. I do know that the fuse in the battery junction box for it has power to it, I just don't know where it terminates at so I can add in wiring.

On that, does anybody know if a factory subwoofer from a sedan or hatchback would even bolt into the wagons?

The connector very well may be tucked behind the fiber panel on the drivers side rear.

I do not know if there is a bracket for a sub in the wagon. You should be able to tell when you look behind that panel.
