Ok, prolly simple questions, i got 2 10" subs with a 300W amp in my trunk, but i'm running 10 gague wire through to the battery. first question is, how big of an inline fuse is big enough? second is, will 10 gague wire work? i cant seem to find 8, then finially, whats the best rout to send the power wire, and speaker wire as well, finially, how do i get it through the damn firewall. this is on an 01 4dr se.

I suggest 4ga minimum for any amp setup.

The larger the wire, the less resistance that it has. Thus, larger wire = more watts. I would go with thicker than 8ga..

IMO 8ga is the lowest i'd go, 4ga is what i'm running now... and is sufficient for many setups.
