This may be a dumb one, I dunno, but....I found several front strut bars for sale made of aluminum. Isn't that a bit of a soft steel to use for this, seeings how there is a lot of stress put on them. Wouldn't it twist, or are they all basically all made of polished aluminum?

Most of them are aluminum. They might bend a little, but not as much as our bodys are twisting without them.

But some are made of tubular steel, are these better, stronger? Once the aluminum bent and created a weak spot, it'd be useless, right?

I think you're worrying about it to much. Aluminum is very commonly used, and no one ever complains. The body doesn't twist enough to make a bend in the bar.
