whats going on..... im gonna go ahead and pop my thread cherry.... i have a 03 svt and the stock 9600 audiophile radio wont turn back on i checked the fuses and they are all fine... im thinking that its a problem with the anti-theft piece that you can pop on and off..... its wierd though cuz before i start the car the clock will have the right time... but after i start her up they time just freezes when i turn it back off it will adjust the time?????? anyone else out here have the same problems ... if its an easy fix then ill keep it but if not then im just gonna get a 4 inch screen installed.....[cheers]

welcom to ff as for ^^^. i havent had this problem but have you tried to reset the ecu. just unplug the bat and reconnect it. thats all i can think of right now. also try looking into the how-to section ,to see if anybody has had this problem. check out focus hacks. hope i could help out a lil bit
Well, this makes two threads you've been considerably less than helpfull...
Did you check your grounds? Turned out to be the problem with my HU when it started doing all kinds of bizarre wacky things (cycling on and off, wouldn't turn completely off even with the key out etc...)
okwell i finally had time to check it out and the fuses are ok... ground seems fine and i diconeccted the battery and now all i get is the backlight of the sterio no time or nothing... so now im buyin a power acoustik 4.3 touchscreen...... im gonna try and instal my self...... ill try and take pics.....
