what are the pro's and con's about them both.. i had a lighten fly in my contour svt and liked it... how are they in focus? my plan is to boost it down the rd.. so im trying to plan ahead so i dont have to rip it apart again.. thanks a head of time!!!

aluminum flywheel FTW.

you get a bit of chatter 3k+ rpm when engine braking but thats it.

figure out what hp/tq you want to run and get the right clutch and a aluminum flywheel.

not really. most seem to be copys or re-badged fidenzas. i personally have a centerforce flywheel and it looks the same as the CM and fidenza ones.

keep an eye on the bst they come up from time to time. i think i paid $300 for mine brand new

lighter the flywheel the better. free's up crank power from spinning a heavier flywheel.
Same as a lighter crank pully concept.
Agreed they all seem to be copies of the fidenza.

i was looking at that fx300 from clutch master and the exedy stage 2 or 3..

I've heard a lot of :( about exedy
are you boosted whay a stage 2 or 3?
I run a stage 1 with just bolt ons

no boost yet.. but itll have boost down the rd. im just trying to do the clutch and flywheel now so i dont have to rip it part again.

if boosted the 2 or 3 makes sense. but not heard :) about exedy. I have an F1 racing.

i was going with the f1 stage 3 but a lot of people said not to get it. how do you like it any problems?

no complaints with mune. I know a few other guys with the F1 and nobody's bitching.

Exedy stage 1

Exedy stage 1= good to go w/ their flywheel too. [wrenchin] Add a Torsen & be done w/ it!!!
