I was wondering is it cool just to resurface the stock one and use the Exced/Luk kit that is around $250.00 since i'm mostly stock??

you need a new flywheel.

they redesigned the whole kit around a new flywheel

Well i have almost 80,000 miles and it slips if i ride it hard off line other than that it pulls hard all the way to lets just say over a 100mph. Mine is a 2003 and from what i've read in here all after market either slip after 10,000 miles or they chatter. I figured resurface the stock & put in a Luk parts they are cheaper than Ford.

Hi.What about an aluminium flywheel?Is it better?

I think i still have my stock flywheel.
