hmmm getrag or mtx? if its getrag, it should be fine if thats all your doing, not enough torque to kill your clutch.

dont know if i would trust it, buddy put a stage 2 fs turbo on his zx3 ( i know its not an SVT) but he went through 2 clutches before he realized he needed something stronger. just to be safe i wouldnt risk it.

SVT clutch can hold up to 220 for sure.

I had stock clutch and it didn't slip with 250hp

when you say 220 is that to the wheels or crank

prolly wheels, the svt will hold up. heck, one of the guys I know ran a stock zetec clutch and was making 250 whp!!! granted, he did break the clutch, but it lasted for quite a while!

why does everyone always reference hp when talking about clutches. hp has nothing to do with whether or not a clutch is going to hold. IT IS TORQUE THAT MATTERS!!!!!! if you want to know if the clutch will hold, find out the tq capacity of the stock clutch, and if it is less or close to the torque you hope to be running, then get a better clutch.

srry, I meant torque!!! he had 260 whp and 250 wtq.
