Im looking to tune my car soon, but was wondering how these 2 compare. what are your opinions on which one is better for gains and who has the best costomer service/turn around time.
Thanks for the info, it seems like you have the better deal. i don't want a canned tune i didn't know that's all they offered. i already have an x3 device that i used on m f150. i will contact you when i'm ready to purchase the tune.I do Custom tuning , steeda does canned tuning
Custom tuning is where your tuner sends you a tune file then you send him datalogs and he makes changes for your Focus , your driving style and likes and your mods
Canned tuning is your tuner sends you a tune that he sends to everyone else
I also offer free tune updates as you add more NA mods and I can remote into your laptop in the Focus and set up the log list and do the first datalog like I was sitting in the Focus with you

Did they for your Focus ?I sent Steeda datalogs (for my Mustang tune) and they were happy to tweak it.
Check with them and see if they now do datalogging on there tunes , see if they offer free tune udates as you add more NA mods , maybe things have changed , I do know they dont have the experience tuning the Focus that I doThanks for the info, it seems like you have the better deal. i don't want a canned tune i didn't know that's all they offered. i already have an x3 device that i used on m f150. i will contact you when i'm ready to purchase the tune.

Awesome news, welcome. Finally someone I would trust! We do custom tunes for your set-up. We send you a questionnaire & based on your mods ... we will write the tune specific to your set-up.
Also, when you order a tune from Steeda ... you are enrolled in our tunes for life program. If you need a tune revision down the road, well re-tune it for free.
We have great tuners on hand ... if you would like me to put you in contact with our lead tuner ... let me know! You can reach me at [email protected].
Best Regards,
TJ
