Hai, so I've been checking out this website for many different reasons so I decided to join. My ? currently is wat are some Basic Beginning Modifications that would be good exterior wise as well as engine. It currently has SRI but rest of engine is stock. As for body mods I have back windows 5% tinted of course going to b tinting fronts 20% and have some JDM Side Mirrors with white/blue leds on sides for blinkers. Will put picks up as soon as I take them and install Side mirrors.

Drop, projector headlights w/ 6000k HIDs, Euro or SVT grille, clear side markers, and of course stubby that fishing pole of an antenna. Oh, and colormatch the mirror backs, too.
Cat-or-flex-back exhaust

BTW which engine do You have, Zetec or SPI?

Yeah i plan to get coilover springs this weekend. . . also I plan to paint the side mirrors glossy black cuz i wanna keep the car all white black and red. Also plan to get a strut bar for some extra steering. . . lemme know wat you think about the pix so far. I will keep updating pics. . . I wanna paint a couple things in the engine red to match the SRI. Also I wanna do some interior stuff like glow guages but I don't wanna get the white ones that make the digits glow blue. . . i wanna find some that the digits glow red.

stubby the antenna, short shift, new gauge cluster, clear side markers, interior paint? (if your into that, its incredibly easy and cheap n the result is great http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=2214&stc=1&thumb=1&d=1164023002 ), strut, projector headlights (i'd suggest halo's), exhaust, paint side mirrors, euro grille. =D i haven't even gotten half of that list done yet haha, mostly cuz of budget. but thats the list im workin towards right now, its definitely a great place to start. =)

tons a mods. . . budget always comes into mind as well tho. . . i wanna get halo headlights, but thats when the budget comes into play. . . as well as the different ways of wiring. . . pain in my. . . well we get the point. . .

on other notes. . . bad news. . . was trying to place passenger headlight to aim low instead of in tha sky and found out the spinning pieces r broke. . . so only way to get the beam lower is to buy a new headlight. . .

if ur on a budget you could always just paint the headlights and put in some cheap 5000k halogens for now. you could also take out random plastic bits from your interior to paint any colour you like. cheap and easy and looks good if done properly. and i suggest some good tyres if you dont already have some. some people spend hundreds on the suspension and leave the stock tyres on. oh and use some flex pipe to make a cold air feed for your sri and make a heat sheild to keep engine heat away.

just a quick question- how did you adjust the headlight? i find mine is too low even when i put it on the highest setting using the headlight levelling control inside the car.

Yeah I have like 8 er 9k hid bulbs in it already. . . n twisting the white plastic bar that is connected thru to the other gear is how i move them, but my passenger gears are shot. . . so i just have to replace it. . . i have stock wheels for now. . . and what do you mean flex pipe to feed cold air to my sri? and how do i heat sheild it or where do i heat sheild it?

atm your air filter will be sucking hot air from the engine bay. this is bad for power and possibly fuel economy. a heat sheil is nothing more than a shroud or box around the actual filter to block out as much engine heat as possible. flex pipe is any flexible tubing (dryer hose, vacuum hose etc...). you want something about 3inch diameter or more. one end of the tube will be down behind your front grill so air will blow into it when you move. the other end will near your air filter so it can suck in the cold fresh air. search the zetec performance forum and you should find some pics and/or better explanations.

and whats this white platic bar you speak of? where is it?
