Since he had to cut the exhaust at many place I suggest exhaust clamps...

Otherwise you could follow the Ford Racing ST Exhaust kit for the Mk3 PDF...

You'll need a ST Rear valance (best look) or cut your mk3 valance (meh)...

Actually you don't need to touch the valence since the tips are going to sit lower than the base of the valence, although to complete the illusion you may want the valence just for aesthetic reasons.
