I just joined the SPI header club yesterday by installing a zetec header custom fit for SPI and a flex pipe. (Btw : Thanks to Collective2 for the header and great service!)
I can't really describe what it sounds like, but my friend who installed it said it sounded like a Motocross, which is pretty much what it is.[driving]
Here's a few pic, I'll try to post better qualities one later on.

appart from the header and flex pipe, the rest of the exhaust line is stock, so nothing incredible but it does give some power. I do feel it works better on smooth drive and aggressive drive, so in all it's pretty sweet!

BTW you need to get a 2.5" exhaust. I didn't realize that you still had the stock exhaust until just now. I don't even want to think about the nasty restriction you now have past the flexpipe.

That cap is covering the opening where the zetec EGR would connect.

yeah I'll do so eventually, but for now I'm in need of money! I'm ordering carbotech brake pads, new discs, and probably R compound tires 1st!
But I can't wait to here what it sounds like with the full exhaust line![headbang]

Read the 1st post again, he did add a bigger flex at the same time as the header.
He just needs a flex-back exhaust to have full exhaust.

The tag on it says "XS Power" so I guess that’s the brand. I bought the header off of eBay.

I included a flex pipe that i modified when I sold him the header. It needed quite a bit of work to fit the spi. Here’s a picture of it off the car, you can see all the weld points:

Its an SSautochrome header, Se-r owners swear by those headers. Its a 4-1 style and the obx is 4-2-1 style, big difference, lol.
