Is there any special tools needed to do the front brakes. I read that there is for the rear caliper, but not sure for the front. Thank You

you might want to pick up a C-clamp to push the pistons back if you don't already have one. but that's usually about it.

not really.........you should be able to push the pistons in by hand....I did...

7mm allen if you're just doing the pads. I use channel locks to push pistons back. Way faster.

I use a screwdriver as a lever to pull the pison back in

And what do you guys use to put those PITA clips on the calipers back?

a disc brake caliper compressor is a pretty cheap tool available at any auto parts store.
and as far as the spring clips go...
2 pairs of pliers
install the inner pad
then install the spring clips
then the outer pad.
