So like anyone else with a 2012 SEL my dealer "implied" my focus came with Sirius and was pissed off when I found out otherwise.. anyway, I came across this ( http://www.crutchfield.com/p_220SXV300/SiriusXM-SXV300V1-Tuner.html?tp=87 ) and was wondering if anyone has purchased this before? I'd like to get it but don't want to waste time/money if it is not compatible

I doubt it, its more for add on to replacement head units. You'd be better off getting one of the portable units and use bluetooth or AUX input.
