Overnight, and especially if left for several days, my clutch pedal "sinks" toward the floor. When it is low, the car is hard to shift, but if I lift the pedal with my toe to the normal position, it stays up and works fine until the next time the car sits for awhile. My speed control now also doesn't work, although for a while it would when I lifted the clutch pedal - I think the switch that disengages the speed control when the clutch is depressed is stuck.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, you need a rebuild on the clutch slave cylinder.
You may just have to replace it if no rebuild kits can be ordered for it.

Thanks for the responses, just got back. I'll check it out over the next couple of days and let you know if the master or slave are leaking
