im thinking about getting a short shifter right now but i wanted to make sure its worth it? how does it feel? more fun? that smaller of a gap? whats an alright one? they all bout the same?

sts are really nice. they feel a lot better driving. you don't have that huge throw like the stock shifter does. i have the FC sts, but its really not much shorter than stock, but it is none the less. people say steeda has a good one and i think ford racing is pretty much the same thing as the steeda one if im not mistaken. other people will chime in on this one, but u'll be happy with one trust me

I have the Steeda and love it...
The Steeda also is very close to the stock height which I like because with the seat back 5th gear is almost a full reach for me, a sawed off shifter wouldn't do it...
