no the thread pattern is diff in the years of 200-2004 and 2005-2007< and possably-09 as well. heres a Q whats the point of having a weighted shift knob off topic?

I have a shift knob from an RS on my 2007. This same knob was on a two other 2003 foci before I got it. It fits fine on both of my shifters. I have a shifting assembly from an 03 in my car right now. The 07 assembly worked fine with it as well.

ok my bad i just looked at the steeda site whitch i thought it said in there site a couple months ago that you had to say witch year you had to get the right shift knob so it will fit cause the threading was diff , but now it says other wise. dont know why?
