Hey guys, new to the forum so bear with me if this has been asked. i have just bought an 05 focus zx3 hatch and both drivers and passenger seatbelts are all the way reeled out. i was wondering if there is a way to retract them without buying a whole new assembly? Thanks!

Considering that they are supposed to retract on their own, I would take one off and tinker with it until I either fixed or broke it(likely the latter).

yea thats what im thinking, i think ill try and tear apart the passenger side retractor and see what i find...since the pretensioner is built in these things are not cheap to replace.
