Yes; should be speed compensation setting. Dig into the menus but its there.

I have the same setup, it is definitely there. I believe Menu->audio settings->spd comp. vol.

or something similar to that i can't remember without the car in front of me

Agreed, I have that exact car+203a and it's there for sure. BTW, I also got kysor shutters as well without paying for the SFE package.

Me too. I am glad i have them. (When i bought the car, i did not realize what a great thing the Kysor shutters are, I was just lucky they were on the car I bought.
I do not know what the threshold for getting or not getting the shutters is.

I think the shutters come with the winter package, my Focus has them.

With Kysor Radiator Shutter

If so i guess it would be the winter package that does it as I did not get SFE

What's your personal reason for liking the shutters so much? I'm getting an SE loaded with everything that was available, plus the large painted rims.
