I picked up a stock rear swaybar for my wifes SE. It didnt come with the center brackets, it does have the center bushings and endlinks.

I crawled under the SE to see if the install would be the same as on a ZX3.

The SE doesnt have the center bracket mounts like my ZX3 welded on the crossover tube.

Four questions?

1. Has anyone installed a rear swaybar on a SE that didnt have a factory one?
2. Where do I get the swaybar center brackets?
3. Whats up with the missing center bracket mounts on the SE?
4. Am I screwed?

Questions:
1: Don't Know.
2: Not sure, Dealer? I think that aftermarket would have been a better choice in this case.
3: Cost savings most likely.
4: Depends on what you paid for the factory bar. Can you return it? Sell it?

Do a search for "stabilizer bar" on this site and others. I remember seeing instructions online somewhere on installing an aftermarket bar.
Good Luck!

Rear sway bar

Yes, I installed the Performance Sway Bar (22 mm) on my sedan. I used regular exeaust pipe clamp. I just grinded them on the inside to be able to centered the link on suspension. they work fine no problem at all.[:)]
