ok good advise i will try shell
ya, up here they all pretty much have ethanol, including Shell, and it runs the best over all the others with ethanol... Not sure if it's their overall quality or just our cars, but our cars seem to do run the best on it.

your experience convinced me i will go with Toms tune and the shell 91 octane here in Cali
[headbang] Just make sure that the Shell station you go to has ethanol free premium gas before you start expecting good mpg's :)

What do you say Tom? (on my previous question to you)

Edit: I am sure with a good e85 tune the mpg's wouldn't be as bad as they are with a stock tune+e85. As I picked up mpg with the 93 tune.
FYI below from the 2013 Ford Focus Owners Manual:

Choosing the Right Fuel
Use only UNLEADED fuel or UNLEADED fuel blended with a maximum
of 15% ethanol. Do not use fuel ethanol (E85), diesel fuel, fuel-methanol,
leaded fuel or any other fuel because it could damage or impair the
emission control system. The use of leaded fuel is prohibited by law

What's the difference between the x cal3and xcal4 other then making my pocketbook $30 lighter?
The xcal4 is half the size maybe a little less , screen is 2x bigger on x4 , all wiring unplugs from x4 and it has a way to mount the x4
