Saw another thread from June of 2014 and no one answered. MY 2003 Zetec motor is dead. What to replace with a newer Zetec. I know 2000-2004 direct swap, but I would like newer. Any one.

They stopped selling Zetec's in the Focus starting with '05 model year. Not going to find a newer one. Dont see why you can not find a lower mileage zetec to swap with from 00-04

Like Stephen mentioned you should be able to find a zetec motor.
