I was the first person to buy your coils. Customer service started great and you kept me very updated on the camber plates. But I have sent you multiple pm's about getting them and you don't even respond anymore. It sucks it has come to this but I need the camber plates or my $100 back seems I paid the origional price you had out.


I am very upset if you couldn't tell

Good luck man. I've sent 5 emails and countless PMs and have gotten no response.

Wonder what's up with him. He hasn't been on either forum since 6/30 I believe. Did he skip the country, go on vacation, die or what? Has anyone called or does nobody answer the phone?

Maybe the Mods need to look into this. If he is going to start screwing everybody then maybe he should be removed from the site. Be a shame since I was wanting to get a kit but not if this past 3 weeks or so is how he is going to do business.

Possibly true, he needs to be able to handle everyone though not one month focus owners and next month 240 owners

Fail, I check on this forum alot. If I had a business on here I would be on here even more= more profit. Looks like he did the first buy in/group buy and disappeared. I wonder why I buy bought h&r lol? Experience made in germany enough said.

You bought them cuz someone was selling them for cheap.:p

Didn't see anything from him for yesterday. Last post I saw it show for him on here was from 6/22. Also whatever happened to the help or distributor he was suppose to be getting to free up his time?

I havent had a chance to call him because of my schedule. If anyone has a chance to please do so. I work midnights and am sleeping/ working during normal business hours and going out of town thursday so I wont be able to soon

No he won't he will delete your comment and put you on the block list so you can't view the page, re-like it, or make any other comment.

This is not the first issue with him, there are a few threads on FJ about the same issues.

My friend Josh got dicked around by Russ for 3 weeks before he finally gave up and requested his money back, and even getting the money back was not a quick or painless process.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Answer my emails PLS... (PM HERE WHEN YOU READ THIS..)

My coils are still in there wrapping an everything i dont want to risk goin through all the BS like everyone else.. Shocks are already starting to blow on ppl an id rather not deal with it..

Where did someone say their shocks blew?
Seems like he's getting in over his head so we have to be patient with him.
I've had no problems with him, his company, or the coils.

Blown shocks should be covered under the warranty he offers.
