When I let my car sit and idle, and stand near it I often think it is a built v8 with a nasty cam, except for the exhaust note, in other words it has a lumpy idle and runs GREAT as soon as you give it any throttle. It idles right around 900 rpm.

yeah i bought it with 45k miles. it now has 88k. never did this until recently

try an ecu reset that fixed my lumpy idle. Just disconnect the battery for 10-15 mins the reconnect it and see if that fixes it. You could also clean your maf as well.

Do you have an aftermarket TB? If so it could be sticking due to colder temps. My 65mm TB needs adjusted every summer/winter.

No, nothing aftermarket, just exhaust and my intake snorkel thing is gone and the side box thing is broken off on the intake filter housing.
