Hey All,

I am looking to get a roof rack and I just saw this on Craigslist but I have a few questions:

1. Will that fit my car (2008 Sedan)
2. What else would I need for install
3. Is that a good price

When it comes to roof racks I have no idea what I'm talking about so if anyone could help out, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

if its a thule, go to their website...they will tell what parts you need for your car. You can also see the price they sell for new (check amazon vs the thule site for real prices)

http://www.thule.com/fitguide/

So if 2000-2007 is:

Thule Traverse Foot Pack 480
Thule 50 Inch Load Bar Pair LB50
Thule Fit Kit For 480 and 480R Foot Packs only KIT1565

And 2008-20011 is:

Thule Traverse Foot Pack 480
Thule 50 Inch Load Bar Pair LB50
Thule Fit Kit For 480 and 480R Foot Packs only KIT1620

Would they fit? I'm guessing I go by the 480 and 480R foot packs but I'm not sure. Or do I determine fit by the kit numbers? (Either 1565 or 1620)

Can anyone clarify?

If it will fit, it would be a good deal. Brand new the base system is $365 [ohcrap]

I can't say for sure, I tried to look into this to fit two vehicles, hoping I could
avoid buying EVERYTHING for both vehicles, but it didn't turn out that simple.

I would recommend you call the manufacturer, but I would also bet money you'll need a different "fit kit," which shouldn't be a big deal.
