Replacing my bakes

Ok, I have gone 30,000mi on my orig ford pads and brakes. And the constant squealing tells me that they want replaced. But I can't decide if I wanna give the car to the dealer and let them turn the rotors and put stock pads on. Or if I should get new aftermarket pads and rotors. I was looking at the Roush cross drilled kit ( http://www.car-stuff.com/performanc...&model=107&brand=1285&part_name=537&category= ). But when I put aftermarket pads on my F150 they squeeled just as bad as the old ones. I always assumed that it was because they are auto zone pads. Does anyone have any suggestions on good aftermartket pads and rotors?
