the title pretty much summed it up. my clutch master cylinder was leaking so I replaced it last weekend, just my luck but the new one is leaking even more than the old one. I have a warranty replacement on its way but the car is pretty much undriveable now.
I can't think of how the clutch master cylinder would affect how the car shifts and how much force it takes to put it in gear? I did check the linkage after reading a few other threads on this and it looks like all the parts are there. I thought maybe I had not put everything back the right way and maybe there was something in the way of the counterweight but it doesn't look like anything is rubbing.
i'm out of ideas now other than wait till the new master cylinder shows up and see what happens once i get it in.
