The headrests are facing too far forward for my tastes. My old '13 Titanium were at least somewhat adjustable. I'd like to just turn them around, but can't seem to get them out. It has one latch on the left side, but seems to have a "stop" on the right side negating the removal. Any and all help appreciated.

I turned my around as well.
I held the button in and although I can't remember exactly how I got myself positioned to get some leverage on it I was able to "pop" them out...

I examined the headrests some more (ST3) and found that there is a lock on the right side that needs to be released. I took a screwdriver and wedged it between the latch and the seat, ran my arm between the extended posts and positioned a flat blade screwdriver inside the right post and was able to unlock the right post. It came right out. I placed 2 2x4's in my vise and put posts in there. Closer examination showed that the posts actually curve forward. After tightening vise, I pulled headrest towards me. 2-3 good pulls and the posts were bent enough to straighten headrests. Reinstalled them. They were slightly tighter to go in, but went all the way to the bottom. Now my chin is not plastered into my chest, and I can raise seat back and not do the "thug" lean. Hope this helps.

Speaking of this, I replaced my 2nd row seats with the European headrests. So you know I can see out the back of the ST.
