ok ,I have the answer. I had to cut the bolt on the new pulley about 1/2 inch..then point it out a bit. The only reason I got the old one out was because
the pulley was completely toast and I was able to wrench it out ...it was a F B.
think trunkin hitch. Now iif i was to do it again,,,I would probably cut a hole in the side of the steel wall there big enough to get a socket in...ya I would definetly do that. But my car was in another city in someones driveway..so my tools were limited. Ohya and it was like 20 out. The Mustang Chef[headbang]
