Is it possible to remove the front right electric window motor from a MK1 Focus without removing the entire regulator assembly from the door?

I ask because I have traced the issue with my passenger side window not working to the motor itself since power is going through the wires but ther motor is doing nothing.

A problem arises though because in order to remove the whole regulator assembly you have to put the window 1/3 of the way down to get to the clamps that hold the glass, obviously I can't do that if the window isn't working.

The motor is semi-pressed in at the central gear axle point and as well has to rotate like 30 degrees once unbolted before it can come free of the rest of regulator. Can't say whether that 30 degree arc can happen in an unobstructed direction.

Probably easier to derail the cable off one pulley then the whole regulator becomes a twisted mess but the window will come loose and maybe even crashingly so if you don't catch it while doing the derail.
