I'm contemplating getting/doing a custom tune for my JRSC equipped unit using a Diablo chip.
Only issue is that I currently have a Ford Racing BBK tune.
Has anyone ever removed the calibration using an IDS and successfully reinstalled it at a later date?
I'm curious if I could take it out and flash the PCM to stock but install it at a later date if needed.

There is no way to read the ecm like that using the IDS as it doesn't upload, only download newer calibrations to the ecm if it needs to.

I thought I remember seeing an option to remove the calibration before replacing the module. Maybe it wasn't in the PCM section but for same other module.
