eh, it's kinda pointless to go much past 5500 RPM's, sorry there's no mad Vtack.

Well I was planning on getting a Tach to mount on the A Pillar, and I wanted to know because if the redline is like 5-7 I don't want to get one that goes to 9-11

If I remember correctly I read in a tech manual that the rev limiter BEGINS to activate at 5800. As you rev higher than that the computer does all kinds of crazy things to supress the revs (vacuum controls or something, I don't really remember) but it will ABSOLUTELY cut off somewhere around 7000 to prevent damage. To rev beyond 5500-5800, as stated previously, is indeed pointless. By then you are already on the downward slope of the hp/tq curves.
