Over the next year I plan on doing the following to my 2.0 Zetec:

Svt header, hi-flow cat, 2.25" flex with 2.25" Exhaust, Intake Mani, 65 mm TB, colder plugs.

I plan on finishing that setup off with a 75 shot complete with all the safety eq to go with it (RPM window switch, fuel cutoff, etc. etc.).

My engine has 100K miles on it, but has been very well maintained and I've had NO problems with it despite having a tendency towards a lead foot.

I'd like to know which Intake Mani you'd recommend (i'd rather go with a metal intake mani with the Nitrous setup), and whether I should even attempt to go FI with a motor that has that many miles.

I've also been considering either buying a used Zetec with low miles and building the motor up, or replacing some of the current motor internals.

Do you provide tunes for Nitrous? What are your recommendations?

The new FR intake and TB should be out any time , I dont see a problem at all with a high mile engine getting Nitrous

Yes i do Nitrous tunes all the time
