So, the rear of my Mk3 SE just randomly started to sway when cornering. It’s almost like the rear end is lagging if that makes sense?.. I’ve replaced both trailing arms and bushings in the rear, also replaced front lower control arms and outer tie rods in front. No other arms or bushings are loose, or bad. Need help asap. Can’t even drive it on the highway anymore.

May have something not so easy to see broken , I've seen from blown out struts to complete frame rails coming loose from car before. Check the rear sway bar length out, it may have snapped.

Definitely sounds like something is broken if it's not even drivable. If it's that dangerous and not readily apparent what's broken, bring it to a shop before you crash it.

Sounds like rust through on the rear subframe.
