OK I said before my car was making a banging sound when I shifted hard and was told that it was the rear mount. I looked at the mount tonight and saw it was all in tacked. Just wondering if that still is the problem because the rubber might be soft because it's not rotted out and I know how expensive it is to replace. I don't wanna spend money if I don't have to.

If Shifting Hard is your normal routein, I would suggesting at the very minium poly inserts for the mount! But better yet just get the VF mount it's way better than the poly inserts. You will not have a problem with the money spent once you install it.

Get the CFM lower mount. It is way better than the VF mount.
