Just like most of you ive been blessed with the infamous rattling noise. Turns out it WAS the passenger motormount.

I didnt think it was since when i looked at it, it looked fine. WELL... the bottom rubber part where it meets the aluminum of the mount itself gave away. So when you looked at the mount it was fine. But when i lifted the motor to support it when removing the mount, i could see thee bottom rubber separate itself from the aluminum.

So.. if your car has that rattling noise while idling, check the mount.

Ill get a pic of it later. The car is so enjoyable now. Its soooooooooooo quiet on the inside now.

I'm changing the same the same mount tomorrow. Hope it gets ride of the AWFUL vibration. It's really bad!

How hard was this to do on your own. my car has 175000 miles and it is getting a pretty bad vibration. I have thought about taking it somewhere but if I could do it myself it would save me a lot. So how difficult was it?

Changing the mount got rid of all vibrations. It is SMOOTH. Like when it was new, no exaggeration here, however, the mount I replaced was completely thrashed.
