Ok so Mike @ hilbish runs the front 24mm H&R + the steeda 28.6mm in the rear. i was thinking if i were to buy the power ridge front end links an Pre load the front sway bar that it would be about the same as the 24mm H&R?

That 24mm is 70% stiffer than the 21. It just ain't gonna happen.
If you need a radical change, look into stiffer springs. It's less stressful on the car and can be cheaper, since you already have koni's. Plus you get to keep independent rear suspension!

The 24mm H&R and the 28.6 from steeda are what i'm looking at doing for my car. Why don't you just buy the actual part instead of trying to "fix one up"

I say do the swap too, I dont know if preloading would help that much

front bar install is a bitch but sooo worth it! went from 18mm up front to 22mm and a 25mm in the back and id like to try the larger bars

Yeah, since you already got the Koni's, go with stiffer springs, then get a feel to how stiff you want to go with the sway bars.
